Ramara Township has launched a new community engagement and project page, “Have Your Say”, on the Township website. The township’s previous engagement site, Reach Out Ramara, will no longer be active after December 8, 2021.
âThe goal of Ramara Township council and staff is to provide meaningful engagement in the decision-making process to residents, businesses and stakeholders,â said Mayor Basil Clarke.
âPrior to the launch of our new website, Reach Out Ramara provided residents with an updated interactive platform that allowed the audience to identify community needs and priorities and engage on the latest issues. , projects and events, âsaid Clarke.
âWith the launch of our new Ramara website in August 2020, staff estimated that the township could save money, nearly $ 8,000 per year, by using the functionality of our new site while providing a platform. form that can update residents and enable them to provide feedback and feedback on projects, issues and events. “
