How to Move URL Bar Down in Samsung Internet Browser

Like many other smartphone makers, Samsung also integrates its own web browser on its devices, named Samsung Internet. It is preinstalled on all of the South Korean company’s smartphones and tablets. It is also available on the Play Store so that it can be used on any Android device.

Similar to the newer version of some of the browsers whose interface is updated by bringing the address bar to the bottom of the screen from above, Samsung is also jumping on the bandwagon. The company has rolled out a new update that allows you to change the position of the URL bar on the browser.

Here is a step by step guide on how you can easily and quickly change the location of URL bar or address bar on Samsung internet browser from top to bottom of screen.

How to Move URL Bar Down in Samsung Internet Browser

Step 1: Open the Samsung Internet Browser app on your Samsung smartphone.

2nd step: When the app opens, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen.

Step 3: Now from the available options, tap on the “Settings” option.

Step 4: In the Settings screen, tap on the “Layout & Menu” option.

Step 5: In the “Address bar position” section, select the “bottom” option.

That’s it. After making these changes, Samsung internet browser will start showing URL bar or address bar at the bottom of the screen. This will make it a bit easier to use, especially if you have smaller hands or a big screen smartphone that makes it difficult to reach the top of the screen.
